I have to share this weird experience with you all.. whole of last week I was trying to write my ROL draft as and when I had queries I wrote to unihelp, I kept wondering why are they not responding as it was more than a week since I raised my query.
As I was browsing today on myUnihub page accidentally  saw my profile(Personal details) in which  my contact email was reflecting a different one but later I learnt it was created by the university which I was not aware of.  I was shocked and immediately wrote another email requesting to resolve my confusion. They sent me a link through which I learnt that I have a different university email account and password, when I logged in I noticed the responses were sent to this mailbox, apparently there were very important notifications regarding online seminar about Review of learning which was on 19th October and 24th October which I missed, felt very miserable.  The next online seminar is on 8th November, did anyone attend those two seminars?
I am very disturbed today by this don't know how this happened? why I didn't I receive any communication about the new university email. I
Its a humble request to my advisers to guide us about these as we are new to this distant learning program.
